Quantify Website General Terms of Use
This website, www.quantifyrise.com, is the official site of QUANTIFY Project. As such, the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (henceforth, UC3M) will provide and be responsible for the services that said website offers.
The Users of the Website may be research and teaching personnel, administrative personnel, students or outside users who have access to the project website.
The purpose of the QUANTIFY website is to provide information about the project, beneficiaries and partners members and scientific activities and results within the consortium.
At the same time, the use of specific services available to the User of this official website may be subject to special conditions, notices or instructions, which must be consulted and unconditionally accepted.
Nonlinear Solid Mechanics Group
The NSM group, formed by 3 researchers and 4 PhD students, is part of the Department of Continuum Mechanics and Structural Analysis at the University Carlos III of Madrid. Research lines include mechanical characterization at high strain rates, formulation of constitutive theories and analytical models for instabilities in ductile materials, nonlinear vibration in elastic structures, etc. The group has 5 on-going competitive grants, 2 National and 3 European, including an ERC Starting Grant.
